CTFProjectile SpellMirv

Overview

The projectile from the Pumpkin MIRV spell is an instance of this class. Once this projectile hits the world, it attempts to spawn 6 CTFProjectile_SpellPumpkin projectiles with velocities set to move outward from the collision (and end up as a ring of pumpkin bombs).
