Overview
This projectile is used by CTFProjectile_SpellMirv to spawn a CTFPumpkinBomb bomb. The Pumpkin MIRV spell simply determines where these projectiles will spawn outward from. Once this projectile hits the world, it spawns a pumpkin bomb.
